Frequent Unexcused Absences: Frequently being absent from work without prior permission from the company.
Continuous Unexcused Absences: Being absent from work for more than two (2) consecutive working days without leave or prior permission and failing to notify or attempt to notify the company as soon as possible regarding the reason for the absence.
Misuse of Clock in out  or Security Card: Using the Clock in out  or security card improperly.
Clock in out  Fraud: Clocking in for someone else or altering the Clock in out record with the intent to deceive.
Refusal to Undergo Security Check: Refusing to allow oneself to be checked by security personnel as directed by the company.
Disobedience: Refusing or ignoring written orders from authorities in carrying out daily duties.
Printing Obscene Material: Printing obscene materials using the office computer.
Neglect of Duties: Neglecting duties and responsibilities entrusted by the company.
Deliberate Work Delays: Intentionally delaying work tasks or inciting other employees to delay work.
Unauthorized Side Jobs or Businesses: Engaging in side jobs or businesses related to the company's business within or outside the company premises without permission.
External Work During Office Hours: Performing external work during office hours without permission or using office facilities for personal business.
Personal Interests Over Company Duties: Neglecting company duties due to personal interests while on duty.
Dishonesty in Duties: Being dishonest in performing duties as a company employee.
Lack of Responsibility: Not being responsible as a company employee.
Behaving in a Way that Causes Reasonable Suspicion:
i) Conflict of Interest: Allowing personal interests to conflict with duties to the detriment of the employee's effectiveness.
ii) Misuse of Position: Using one's position for personal gain during or after working hours.

Endangering Others: Behaving in a manner that endangers the life or safety of other employees within the company premises.
Negligence Causing Accidents: Negligence in performing duties resulting in fatal/non-fatal accidents or causing damage to company property.
Theft or Attempted Theft: Stealing or attempting to steal, conspiring to steal, or attempting to conspire to steal company property or stealing the property of other employees within the company premises.
Fraud: Engaging in or attempting to engage in any act of fraud against the company.
Forging Documents: Forging or altering sick leave certificates or any official documents with the intent to deceive the company.
Falsifying Documents: Falsifying documents or signatures of others.
False Claims: Making false claims to the company.
Impersonation: Impersonating or attempting to impersonate a company employee outside of one's job scope or misleading or attempting to mislead employees or others to deceive for personal or others' benefit.
Disrespectful Behavior: Behaving rudely, obstructing or attempting to obstruct, or refusing to cooperate with supervisors or senior officers in performing their duties.
Violence or Threats: Committing violence, insulting, attacking, or threatening to attack or injure employees or non-employees within the company premises or at the workplace.
Offensive Language: Using offensive language towards other employees.
Sabotage: Sabotaging or attempting to sabotage other employees or supervisors with the intent to damage reputations or cause them to be perceived as incompetent, irresponsible, or incapable of performing their duties.
Violence or Intimidation: Engaging in or attempting to engage in violence or threatening users or outsiders.
Anti-Government or Anti-Company Activities: Participating in anti-government or anti-company activities.
Unauthorized Strikes: Picketing within the company premises without permission.
Riotous Behavior: Rioting, behaving wildly, fighting, or brawling within the company premises.
Inciting Industrial Action: Participating in or inciting other employees to take industrial action against the company without legal authorization.
Gambling: Engaging in any form of gambling, whether involving money or not, within the company premises.
Bribery: Giving or taking bribes or accepting gifts for the purpose of bribery from customers or any individuals.
Bringing Prohibited Substances: Bringing alcohol, drugs, or other illegal substances into the company premises.
Being Under Influence: Being drunk or under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on duty.
Drug Abuse: Involvement in drug abuse.
Sexual Harassment: Molesting or attempting to molest company employees or outsiders while on duty.
Indecent Behavior: Engaging in indecent behavior, using obscene language, making obscene gestures, or bringing obscene pictures, tapes, or books into the company premises.
Dangerous Items: Possessing dangerous items within the company premises without permission.
Criminal Conviction: Being convicted of a criminal offense.
Breach of Confidentiality: Disclosing or leaking company secrets to outsiders.
Providing false information on the "Job Application Form".
Refusing to accept any official letters or documents sent by the management addressed to them.
Taking sick leave that does not require hospitalization for more than 22 days a year.
Intruding into the POLYGON website and/or damaging the software in it.

Ketidakhadiran Tanpa Kebenaran Berulang: Sering tidak hadir bekerja tanpa kebenaran.
Ketidakhadiran Berterusan Tanpa Kebenaran: Tidak hadir bekerja secara berterusan lebih daripada dua (2) hari bekerja tanpa cuti atau kebenaran terlebih dahulu serta gagal memaklumkan atau cuba memaklumkan kepada syarikat secepat mungkin mengenai sebab ketidakhadiran.
Penyalahgunaan Clock in out atau Kad Keselamatan: Penggunaan Clock In clock out atau kad keselamatan dengan cara yang tidak betul.
Penipuan clock in out: Merekod masa bagi orang lain atau mengubah clock in out masa dengan niat untuk menipu.
Penolakan Pemeriksaan Keselamatan: Menolak untuk diperiksa oleh pegawai keselamatan seperti yang diarahkan oleh syarikat.
Konflik Kepentingan: Berkelakuan dalam cara yang boleh menyebabkan kepentingan peribadi bercanggah dengan tugas semasa waktu bekerja.
Mencetak Bahan Lucah: Mencetak bahan lucah menggunakan komputer pejabat.
Pengabaian Tugas: Mengabaikan tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan oleh syarikat.
Melambatkan Kerja Secara Sengaja: Sengaja melambatkan tugas kerja atau menghasut pekerja lain untuk melambatkan kerja.
Kerja Sampingan atau Perniagaan Tanpa Izin: Melakukan kerja sampingan atau perniagaan berkaitan dengan perniagaan syarikat di dalam atau luar premis syarikat tanpa kebenaran.
Kerja Luar Semasa Waktu Pejabat: Melakukan kerja luar semasa waktu pejabat tanpa kebenaran atau menggunakan kemudahan pejabat untuk urusan peribadi.
Kepentingan Peribadi Melebihi Tugas Syarikat: Mengabaikan tugas syarikat kerana kepentingan peribadi semasa bertugas.
Ketidakjujuran dalam Tugas: Tidak jujur dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai pekerja syarikat.
Kurang Bertanggungjawab: Tidak bertanggungjawab sebagai pekerja syarikat.
Berkelakuan yang Menimbulkan Kecurigaan Munasabah: Berkelakuan dalam cara yang menyebabkan kecurigaan munasabah.
Konflik Kepentingan: Membiarkan kepentingan peribadi bercanggah dengan tugas sehingga menjejaskan keberkesanan pekerja.
Penyalahgunaan Kedudukan: Menggunakan kedudukan untuk kepentingan peribadi semasa atau selepas waktu bekerja.
Merosakkan Reputasi Syarikat: Berkelakuan dalam cara yang mencemarkan nama baik syarikat atau menyebabkan hilangnya kepercayaan terhadap perkhidmatan.
Pelanggaran Amanah: Melakukan pelanggaran amanah yang melibatkan wang atau harta syarikat.
Kedegilan: Tidak mematuhi arahan atau perintah atau berkelakuan dalam cara yang boleh dianggap sebagai kedegilan.
Pengabaian Harta Syarikat: Gagal menjaga alat, peralatan, dan/atau harta syarikat yang diamanahkan sehingga menyebabkan kerugian besar kepada syarikat.
Pelanggaran Keselamatan: Gagal mematuhi arahan keselamatan syarikat atau merosakkan peralatan keselamatan.
Membahayakan Orang Lain: Berkelakuan dalam cara yang membahayakan nyawa atau keselamatan pekerja lain di dalam premis syarikat.
Kecuaian Menyebabkan Kemalangan: Kecuaian dalam melaksanakan tugas sehingga menyebabkan kemalangan maut/tidak maut atau menyebabkan kerosakan kepada harta syarikat.
Kecurian atau Percubaan Mencuri: Mencuri atau cuba mencuri, berkonspirasi untuk mencuri, atau cuba berkonspirasi untuk mencuri harta syarikat atau mencuri harta pekerja lain di dalam premis syarikat.
Penipuan: Terlibat dalam atau cuba terlibat dalam sebarang tindakan penipuan terhadap syarikat.
Memalsukan Dokumen: Memalsukan atau mengubah sijil cuti sakit atau sebarang dokumen rasmi dengan niat untuk menipu syarikat.
Pemalsuan Dokumen: Memalsukan dokumen atau tanda tangan orang lain.
Tuntutan Palsu: Membuat tuntutan palsu kepada syarikat.
Penyamaran: Menyamar atau cuba menyamar sebagai pekerja syarikat di luar skop tugas atau mengelirukan atau cuba mengelirukan pekerja atau orang lain untuk menipu demi kepentingan peribadi atau orang lain.
Kelakuan Tidak Hormat: Berkelakuan kasar, menghalang atau cuba menghalang, atau enggan bekerjasama dengan penyelia atau pegawai atasan dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka.
Kekerasan atau Ancaman: Melakukan kekerasan, menghina, menyerang, atau mengancam untuk menyerang atau mencederakan pekerja atau bukan pekerja di dalam premis syarikat atau di tempat kerja.
Bahasa Kasar: Menggunakan bahasa kasar terhadap pekerja lain.
Sabotaj: Mensabotaj atau cuba mensabotaj pekerja lain atau penyelia dengan niat untuk merosakkan reputasi atau menyebabkan mereka dilihat sebagai tidak cekap, tidak bertanggungjawab, atau tidak mampu melaksanakan tugas mereka.
Kekerasan atau Intimidasi: Terlibat atau cuba terlibat dalam kekerasan atau mengancam pengguna atau orang luar.
Aktiviti Anti-Kerajaan atau Anti-Syarikat: Menyertai aktiviti anti-kerajaan atau anti-syarikat.
Piket Tanpa Izin: Berpiket di dalam premis syarikat tanpa kebenaran.
Kelakuan Rusuhan: Melakukan rusuhan, berkelakuan liar, bergaduh, atau bertempur di dalam premis syarikat.
Menghasut Tindakan Perindustrian: Menyertai atau menghasut pekerja lain untuk mengambil tindakan perindustrian terhadap syarikat tanpa kebenaran undang-undang.
Perjudian: Terlibat dalam sebarang bentuk perjudian, sama ada melibatkan wang atau tidak, di dalam premis syarikat.
Rasuah: Memberi atau menerima rasuah atau menerima hadiah untuk tujuan rasuah daripada pelanggan atau mana-mana individu.
Membawa Bahan Terlarang: Membawa alkohol, dadah, atau bahan terlarang lain ke dalam premis syarikat.
Bekerja di Bawah Pengaruh: Bekerja dalam keadaan mabuk atau di bawah pengaruh alkohol atau dadah.
Penyalahgunaan Dadah: Terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan dadah.
Gangguan Seksual: Meraba atau cuba meraba pekerja syarikat atau orang luar semasa bertugas.
Kelakuan Tidak Senonoh: Terlibat dalam kelakuan tidak senonoh, menggunakan bahasa lucah, membuat isyarat lucah, atau membawa gambar, pita, atau buku lucah ke dalam premis syarikat.
Barang Berbahaya: Memiliki barang berbahaya di dalam premis syarikat tanpa kebenaran.
Sabit Kesalahan Jenayah: Disabitkan kesalahan jenayah.
Pelanggaran Kerahsiaan: Mendedahkan atau membocorkan rahsia syarikat kepada pihak luar.
Senarai ini menggariskan kesalahan berat yang pekerja di Polygon perlu elakkan untuk mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang profesional dan teratur. Pelanggaran terhadap peraturan ini mungkin mengakibatkan tindakan disiplin yang tegas, termasuk pemecatan dan tindakan undang-undang.
