(a) Permanent employees of POLYGON are eligible to be considered for promotion to higher-grade positions when a vacancy arises or as required.

(b) An employee who is promoted is required to undergo a probation period of between one (1) to three (3) months, depending on the grade group or category of the position.

KENAIKAN PANGKAT

a)Kakitangan tetap POLYGON adalah layak dipertimbangkan untuk

kenaikan pangkat ke gred jawatan yang lebih tinggi apabila wujud

kekosongan keperluan; atau mengikut

(b)Seseorang kakitangan yang dinaikkan pangkat dikehendaki

tempoh percubaan diantara satu (1) hingga tiga (3) bulan mengikut

kelompok atau kumpulan gred jawatan
