Unpaid Leave
(a) Unpaid leave is granted to employees of POLYGON in situations where they need time off from work for personal reasons, such as extended travel, family responsibilities, or other personal matters.
(b) Employees are required to submit a formal request for unpaid leave to their immediate supervisors or the HR department, providing details about the duration and reason for the leave.
(c) The approval of unpaid leave is subject to management discretion and operational requirements. The company may consider factors such as the employee's length of service, work performance, and the impact of the leave on team productivity.
(d) During unpaid leave, employees are not entitled to receive their regular salary or benefits provided by the company. However, they may continue to be covered by certain statutory benefits, such as social security contributions, depending on local regulations.
(e) Employees may be required to exhaust their accrued paid leave entitlements before being granted unpaid leave, depending on company policy.
(f) The duration of unpaid leave granted is determined based on the employee's request and the company's assessment of the situation. Employees are encouraged to discuss their needs openly with management to find mutually agreeable solutions.
(g) The company reserves the right to deny or revoke unpaid leave requests if they are deemed to be detrimental to the company's operations or if they violate company policies or legal regulations.
Cuti Tanpa Gaji
(a) Cuti tanpa bayaran diberikan kepada pekerja POLYGON dalam situasi di mana mereka memerlukan masa cuti dari kerja atas sebab-sebab peribadi, seperti melancong yang dilanjutkan, tanggungjawab keluarga, atau perkara peribadi lain.
(b) Pekerja dikehendaki mengemukakan permohonan rasmi untuk cuti tanpa bayaran kepada penyelia terus mereka atau Jabatan Sumber Manusia, menyediakan butiran tentang tempoh dan sebab cuti.
(c) Kelulusan cuti tanpa bayaran tertakluk kepada budi bicara pengurusan dan keperluan operasi. Syarikat mungkin mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti tempoh perkhidmatan pekerja, prestasi kerja, dan impak cuti terhadap produktiviti pasukan.
(d) Semasa cuti tanpa bayaran, pekerja tidak berhak menerima gaji atau faedah biasa yang disediakan oleh syarikat. Walau bagaimanapun, mereka mungkin terus dilindungi oleh beberapa faedah undang-undang, seperti sumbangan keselamatan sosial, bergantung kepada peraturan tempatan.
(e) Pekerja mungkin dikehendaki menggunakan hak cuti yang dibayar sebelum diberikan cuti tanpa bayaran, bergantung kepada dasar syarikat.
