Compassionate LeaveĀ
The company may approve Compassionate Leave with full pay for employees, subject to a maximum of seven (7) days in a calendar year, for the following purposes:
(i) Spouse's Maternity Leave Facility
Male employees whose wives have given birth are entitled to seven (7) days of leave to assist with postnatal arrangements.
(ii) Death of Immediate Family Member
Employees are entitled to three (3) days of leave in the event of the death of their spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, child, or parent-in-law.
(iii) Natural Disasters
Employees are entitled to three (3) days of leave in the event of a natural disaster such as floods or fires that result in damage to the employee's property.
(iv) Employee's Marriage
Employees who are getting married for the first time are entitled to five (5) days of leave.
(v) Caring for Spouse/Child Undergoing Hospital Treatment
Employees are entitled to three (3) days of leave to care for their spouse, child, or dependent undergoing hospital treatment and admission.
These compassionate leave entitlements are intended to support employees during significant life events and emergencies, ensuring they have the necessary time off to manage their personal affairs and responsibilities.
Cuti Ehsan
(a)Syarikat boleh meluluskan Cuti Ehsan bergaji penuh kepada kakitangan tertakluk kepada maksimum tujuh (7) hari dalam satu (1) tahun kalendar untuk tujuan berikut :
(i)Kemudahan Cuti Isteri Bersalin
Kakitangan lelaki yang isterinya telah bersalin layak mendapat cuti selama tujuh (7) hari untuk membantu urusan semasa isteri bersalin.
(ii)Kematian Ahli Keluarga Terdekat
Kakitangan layak mendapat cuti selama tiga (3) hari apabila kematian suami/isteri, ibu/bapa, datuk/nenek, adik-beradik, anak, ibu/bapa mertua.
(iii)Bencana Alam
Kakitangan layak mendapat cuti selama tiga (3) hari apabila menghadapi bencana alam seperti banjir dan kebakaran, yang mengakibatkan kerosakan harta benda kakitangan.
(i)Perkahwinan Kakitangan
Kakitangan yang akan berkahwin buat pertama kalinya dan sah sahaja adalah layak mendapat cuti selama lima (5) hari.
(ii)Menjaga Suami/Isteri/Anak Yang menjalani rawatan di hospital
Kakitangan adalah layak mendapat cuti selama tiga (3) hari bagi menjaga suami/isteri/anak-anak sedang menjalani rawatan dan dimasukkan ke hospital.
