REST DAY

(a) Employees of POLYGON are entitled to one (1) rest day per week.

(b) The company will determine the rest day for each employee based on operational requirements. Typically, the rest day will be scheduled on a Sunday unless otherwise specified.

(c) Employees may be required to work on their designated rest day due to urgent operational needs. In such cases, they will be compensated according to the provisions of the Employment Act 1955.

(d) If an employee works on their rest day, they are entitled to a replacement rest day or compensation as per the company's policies and relevant labor laws.

(e) The company reserves the right to change the designated rest day with prior notice to the affected employees.

HARI REHAT

(a) Pekerja POLYGON berhak mendapat satu (1) hari rehat setiap minggu.

(b) Syarikat akan menentukan hari rehat bagi setiap pekerja berdasarkan keperluan operasi. Biasanya, hari rehat akan dijadualkan pada hari Ahad kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya.

(c) Pekerja mungkin dikehendaki bekerja pada hari rehat yang ditetapkan kerana keperluan operasi yang mendesak. Dalam kes sedemikian, mereka akan diberi pampasan mengikut peruntukan Akta Kerja 1955.

(d) Jika seorang pekerja bekerja pada hari rehatnya, mereka berhak mendapat hari rehat gantian atau pampasan mengikut dasar syarikat dan undang-undang buruh yang berkaitan.

(e) Syarikat berhak menukar hari rehat yang ditetapkan dengan memberi notis awal kepada pekerja yang terlibat.
