(a) POLYGON has the right to appoint any candidate who meets the qualifications set from time to time and fulfills the following conditions:

i. Pass the qualification test (if any) and interview conducted by POLYGON.

ii. Completely pass the health examination by the Panel Doctor.

iii. Confirm in writing that they have accepted and agreed to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Service of POLYGON.

(b) POLYGON can immediately terminate the service of any staff member who, after being appointed, is found to have concealed any information about their health in a false form when applying for a medical examination or providing employment information.

Perlantikan

(a) POLYGON berhak melantik mana-mana calon yang mempunyai

kelayakan yang ditetapkan dari masa ke semasa dan memenuhi

syarat-syarat berikut :

i.Lulus ujian kelayakan (jika ada) dan temuduga yang dijalankan

oleh POLYGON

ii.Lulus sepenuhnya pemeriksaan kesihatan oleh Doktor Panel;

iii.dan Mengesahkan dengan bertulis yang ia telah menerima dan

bersetuju mematuhi Terma dan Syarat Perkhidmatan POLYGON.

(b) POLYGON boleh menamatkan perkhidmatan dengan sertamerta mana-mana kakitangan setelah dilantik didapati yang

menyembunyikan apa-apa maklumat mengenai kesihatannya

dalam borang palsu semasa memohon pemeriksaan doktor atau

memberi maklumat pekerjaan.
