Shift Work

(a) POLYGON may implement shift work to meet operational needs and efficiency requirements. Employees will be informed of their shift schedules in advance.

(b) Employees working on shifts are expected to adhere strictly to their assigned shift timings. Any changes or swaps in shifts should be approved by the supervisor.

(c) Shift allowances and additional benefits for shift work will be provided as per the company’s policies and in accordance with relevant labor laws.

(d) The company reserves the right to modify shift schedules and timings as necessary to adapt to changing operational requirements.

Kerja Syif

(a) POLYGON boleh melaksanakan kerja syif untuk memenuhi keperluan operasi dan kecekapan. Pekerja akan dimaklumkan tentang jadual syif mereka lebih awal.

(b) Pekerja yang bekerja dalam syif dijangka mematuhi masa syif yang telah ditetapkan. Sebarang perubahan atau pertukaran syif perlu mendapat kelulusan penyelia.

(c) Elaun syif dan faedah tambahan untuk kerja syif akan disediakan mengikut dasar syarikat dan selaras dengan undang-undang buruh yang berkaitan.

(d) Syarikat berhak mengubah jadual dan masa syif mengikut keperluan operasi yang berubah.
