1. Unexcused Absence: Being absent from work without leave, permission, attempting to notify the employer, or without a reasonable cause for not more than two (2) days.
2. Repeated Tardiness: Reporting late to work without a reasonable cause more than 5 times a month.
3. Harassment: Engaging in any form of harassment within the company premises.
4. Disrupting Others: Disturbing other employees during working hours.
5. Uniform Non-Compliance: Failing to wear the uniform or safety equipment provided by the company while on duty.
6. Improper Tool Storage: Not storing tools or equipment in their designated places after use.
7. Neglect of Company Property: Not taking proper care of company tools, equipment, or property, resulting in damage and/or loss to the company.
8. Unauthorized Use of Company Assets: Using company vehicles or equipment without permission.
9. Facility Misuse: Being careless or misusing the facilities provided by the company.
10. Health and Hygiene Non-Compliance: Failing to comply with health and hygiene-related instructions or regulations concerning the workplace.
11. Improper Use of Facilities: Urinating in areas other than the designated restrooms within the company premises.
12. Damage to Facilities: Misusing or damaging restroom or cafeteria facilities provided by the company.
13. Unauthorized Posting: Posting personal posters or advertisements within the company premises or on any company property without permission.

41. Smoking in Prohibited Areas: Smoking in non-designated areas within the company premises.
42. Bringing Flammable Materials: Bringing lighters, matches, or other flammable materials into prohibited areas of the company.
43. Unauthorized Meetings: Holding any meetings within the company premises without prior approval from the management.
44. Failure to Report Equipment Damage: Failing to report any known damage to tools or equipment used for work to the Supervisor.
45. Failure to Report Potential Damage: Failing to report any known damage or incidents that may cause damage to company property or others' property within the company premises.
46. Failure to Report Contagious Diseases: Failing to report any contagious diseases to the company's Medical Officer.
47. Violation of Company Regulations: Engaging in any actions that contravene company regulations.
48. Failure to Report Disciplinary Offenses: Failing to report any disciplinary offenses committed by subordinates.

Senarai Kesalahan Kecil
1. Ketidakhadiran Tanpa Kebenaran: Tidak hadir dari tempat kerja tanpa cuti, kebenaran, atau usaha untuk memberi maklum balas kepada majikan, atau tanpa sebab yang munasabah tidak melebihi dua (2) hari.
2. Kerap Terlambat: Melaporkan kerja lewat tanpa sebab yang munasabah lebih daripada 5 kali sebulan.
3. Pengganguan: Terlibat dalam sebarang bentuk penggangguan di dalam premis syarikat.
4. Mengganggu Pekerja Lain: Mengganggu pekerja lain semasa waktu bekerja.
5. Tidak Mematuhi Pakaian Seragam: Gagal memakai pakaian seragam atau peralatan keselamatan yang disediakan oleh syarikat semasa bertugas.
6. Penyimpanan Alat Tidak Betul: Tidak menyimpan alat atau peralatan di tempat yang ditetapkan selepas digunakan.
7. Pengabaian Harta Syarikat: Tidak menjaga dengan baik alat, peralatan, atau harta syarikat, yang menyebabkan kerosakan dan/atau kerugian kepada syarikat.
8. Penggunaan Tidak Berizin Aset Syarikat: Menggunakan kenderaan atau peralatan syarikat tanpa kebenaran.
9. Penyalahgunaan Fasiliti: Cuai atau menyalahgunakan fasiliti yang disediakan oleh syarikat.
10. Tidak Mematuhi Kesihatan dan Kebersihan: Gagal mematuhi arahan atau peraturan berkaitan kesihatan dan kebersihan di tempat kerja.
11. Penggunaan Fasiliti Tidak Betul: Buang air kecil di kawasan selain daripada tandas yang ditetapkan di dalam premis syarikat.
12. Kerosakan kepada Fasiliti: Menyalahgunakan atau merosakkan kemudahan tandas atau kafeteria yang disediakan oleh syarikat.
13. Pemuatan Tidak Berizin: Menempel poster peribadi atau iklan di dalam premis syarikat atau di mana-mana harta syarikat tanpa kebenaran.
14. Memanipulasi Notis Rasmi: Menempel, mengubah suai, atau mengeluarkan sebarang poster atau pengumuman bertulis rasmi di dalam premis syarikat tanpa kebenaran.
15. Pemberian atau Peminjaman Wang untuk Keuntungan: Meminjam atau memberi pinjaman wang di dalam premis syarikat dengan tujuan untuk membuat keuntungan.
16. Meminjam dari Bawahan: Meminjam wang dari bawahan.
17. Hukuman Mahkamah Syariah: Dihadapkan ke mahkamah Syariah dan dihukum penjara.
18. Dinyatakan Muflis: Dinyatakan muflis.
