Public Holidays

(a) POLYGON observes public holidays as mandated by the relevant authorities.

(b) Employees are entitled to take these public holidays off with full pay.

(c) If an employee is required to work on a public holiday due to operational needs, they will be compensated with additional pay or given a replacement holiday, as per company policy and applicable laws.

(d) The list of public holidays and the company's policies regarding public holiday compensation are communicated to employees annually or as required by law.

Cutī Umum

(a) POLYGON mematuhi cuti umum sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh pihak berkuasa yang berkaitan.

(b) Pekerja berhak mendapatkan cuti pada hari cuti umum tersebut dengan bayaran penuh.

(c) Jika seorang pekerja diperlukan untuk bekerja pada hari cuti umum kerana keperluan operasi, mereka akan diberi pampasan dengan bayaran tambahan atau diberikan cuti ganti, mengikut dasar syarikat dan undang-undang yang berkenaan.

(d) Senarai cuti umum dan dasar syarikat mengenai pampasan cuti umum disampaikan kepada pekerja setiap tahun atau mengikut keperluan undang-undang.
