(a) The annual salary increment is at the sole discretion of the company, and the company reserves the right to consider the annual salary increment for employees by taking into account the following factors:

(i) The overall performance of the POLYGON Group and the financial capability of the group;

(ii) The individual's performance during the evaluation period and freedom from salary withholding under disciplinary procedures;

(iii) Other factors considered by the company from time to time. 

Kenaikan Gaji Tahunan

(a)Kenaikan gaji tahunan adalah hak mutlak syarikat dan syarikat

berhak untuk mempertimbangkan kenaikan gaji tahunan kakitangan

dengan mengambilkira faktor faktor berikut :

(i)Prestasi Kumpulan POLYGON secara keseluruhan serta kemampuan

kewangan kumpulan;

(ii)Prestasi individu di dalam tempoh penilaian serta kebebasan

daripada penahanan gaji di bawah prosedur tatatertib;

(iii)Lain-lain faktor yang dipertimbangkan oleh syarikat dari masa ke

semasa.
